I just added foam speaker baffles and swapped out the intermittent 6.5" front door speakers with cheap Kenwood KFCG1620 (coax/4ohm) 6.5's. GOD it sounds like S**t! The stock ones when working actually sounded better. I don't want to run an amp (yet) but I need something better in the meantime...

UPDATE: Never got a response from Mike on the other thread, regardless, I had my upholstery guy (does my Harley seats) re-pad it. It's like new, only 100 bux, too.
