Its not a bolt in swap, I think the spring perches are different widths, along with the shock mounts.

Well this is mine: its a 1994 Chevy 1500 4x4, 312,000 miles on the stock 350 engine, 3-inch body lift, and 33x12.30s on 15x10 inch rims. The only thing I've done other than change the fluids and keep it tuned up was to upgrade the rear end with a semi floating 14 bolt and 2500 leaf springs...
