I have decided to change my mindset with what I will be doing. I am going to wait and do suspension for a while, i am going to focus on performance instead of suspension right now. I am going to do Longtubes and probably a 212/218 cam. Then do my exhaust in the process as well.
Checking to see what interests there were in trades. Will look at all offers, just testing to see if anyone would be interested. Wheels are newish and tires are pretty good.

Does anyone know why my truck would feel like its not powerful? As in my old 5.3 if i stomped the gas it would be quick and the rpms would go up like normal.
With this truck if i stomp the gas from a complete stop, it stays under 2100 rpm even all the way to the floor. Then when its get to...
My primary question is there anyway i can tell if a mechanic messed with the service engine light bulb, or relay on the circuit board causing it to permanently turn off?
The reason i am asking is below:
Just bought a truck, in which the dealer said he just replaced an o2 sensor, so he said...
I also wanted to eventually do 22 or 24" reps but since it had these 20s when i bought it. I figured i could just keep them and go to a smaller tire size when i drop or when theyre smoked. If i was to do a 7/10 what tire size do you think would be the best on these 20s?

I appreciate it, my last truck had roughly 4.5/8 drop and i always wanted it lower. Thats the reason for wanting to go so low, i bottomed out in some places with that. The roads here arent the greatest but i do appreciate the input

I just got a new truck today, its a 2001 gmc sierra rcsb 2wd 5.3. This will be a very slow build, but i just figured i would throw out what i have planned for it and get some opinions and what not. I will also get more pictures soon as i only have one for now.
As of now the truck has 2" drop...
I have a 2006 bmw 325i with 145k miles, will go up as it is my daily driver.
The car has
20x8.5" +35 niche surge m112 wheels with 235/35r20 in front
and
20x10.5" +35 niche surge m112 wheels with 255/35r20
Wheels and tires have less than 2k on them. they're basically brand new.
other than...
The truck is a 2001 extended cab.
The current setup has way too much camber for my liking when laid out. I want to be able to ride low, without having to buy new tires all the time. The setup is a 2 link in in the rear with bags on bars, only has front and back set up, and is using a 5 gallon...
I am looking at buying a bagged truck instead of building my own. In the front it has drop spindles and stock arms, and when bagged the wheels camber in hard. What would be the cause of that? I don't want the wheels to camber when I lay it out. And also any specific questions I can ask or things...
The spoiler lip is not fitting correctly... It came off an 05 just like mine.
The clips on my valance aren't lining up with the holes on the lip. And it also does not have a spot on each end of valance to bolt it into...
Any help here? Not sure if it's an aftermarket valance or what..
