Well I finally got 95% of my parts installed. I still have to debadge, do bedrail caps, black toolbox, and then decide on what I am going to do. I have fender flares, rear handle, and tow mirrors sanded and smoothed and waiting for paint. I also had to install a reman transfer case because mine was fucked. Truck drives so much better and looks a ton better IMO. Slowly but surely it will get finished up or sold (who knows haha).

I will get better pictures once I get the truck home. One of my steering lines was leaking when I picked it up, so I ordered new ones and they should be in and installed this week

The part of me that likes clean shit says you need to lose the cow plow but my rednecky side says to rock it
hahahaha...Right now it hides all the ugly headlights, nasty front bumper, all that stuff. Eventually it will get removed, new lights, new bumper cover...but for now I am just going to leave it on there. I mean I haven't washed the damn thing in 6 months.

New ball joints go in tomorrow, with a little crank and alignment. I love this truck but I swear it always needs something :(

Also new water pump. FML

Completely agree man...part of me wants to sell it and get 1500 or SUV (at least those seem to be cheaper) but then I love the power and size of the truck.

Once you get ahead you’ll be alright. Had my truck inspected last year all they could come back with was well you should really do those brake lines eventually... the originals are known to fail. it’s due again in August so that will be the real test.

I am to the point I sell it and get a newer RAM or I keep it and keep it for a long time. I want new truck but honestly think I need to keep this and do my plans.

Honestly I’d keep it, NBS are the last really solid GM trucks and they are cheap to own now
That's what I am leaning towards hard...I can't justify the big payments for newer stuff. Just got frustrated with all the repairs I think.

Totally understand that but you actually take care of shit so once it’s caught up it’ll just be maintenance stuff after that.

That's what I am hoping for. Actually bought a double din a few weeks ago and stopped by the stereo shop on Saturday. Hopefully I will have some audio goodies on the way and the DD installed.

Looking at doing 3 ported 8s behind the seat (or 2 sd 10s) ran by my Sundown SAX1200

Well as always I seem to be playing catch up on this truck. Clutch Fan and AC Compressor are being replaced tomorrow. Hopefully this will be the last of the "WTF" moments and I will get to start enjoying this truck.
Dude. The truck is a 2003. You know 2020 is like 5 months away right? And it's an lb7 I'm guessing.

I've had to rebuild damn near half of my f250 just because of age. Fucker is an 06. Only has 90k, but it's almost 15 years old.

Old trucks save you up front. But they get you every day you own it for a nickel and a piece of your sanity.

That’s going to completely change the look of the truck
I sure hope so...once these go on, I hope to paint correct it, remove bruh guard, and start working on the front half of the truck looks wise. Thinking something like this
