Not sure what they cost up there but you can get them pretty decently priced here, especially if you wire it and finish out the inside yourself in due time. They start getting more pricey when you add the taller roof and get in the 50x60 size.

Geoff I was looking at 10k just for a 30x40 kit no cement pad or labor
