Front bumper cover has been delivered awaiting install over the holiday weekend!

Also nabbed a Corsa DB cat-back last night for 590. From what I've researched the DB series is a step lower grade stainless and traditional u bolt clamps instead of band clamps and comes with a single slash cut tip instead of a dual tip. Summit has a Corsa replica that I also purchased to complete the install now all I need is 3 band clamps. Also on order as of tonight is:
  • chrome bumper bar
  • color-matched rear bumper
  • Silverado SS tailgate cap
  • PCM of NC battery cable kit
  • OEM lower mirror glass for tow mirror since its cracked
Still need to purchase the intake tube, front plate mount, OEM fogs and LED bulbs from Amazon but that will be next week.

For the holiday weekend I have all the above parts to install along with finish cleaning up the exterior. Still needs de-badged, 4x4 sticker removal, rear mud flaps removed and PPF that has turned yellow taken off. Also have leaf spring clamps to try and cut down the slip yoke clunk and some speed bleeders and a bleeder bottle to try and improve the pedal feel. Last but not least, if the tires still rub with the new not tweaked bumper, gonna crank they keys accordingly and get an alignment. Big weekend next weekend and hope to get some more pics for the thread!

And in love with the exhaust so took some vids just can’t figure out how to upload from Tapatalk

Needs front brakes next and a serious detail but just don’t have the availability to keep it clean right now in a few weeks it will be dialed in though!

Do Denali headlights, retrofit with Morimoto's universal kit. Comes with a high density plastic that you can cut down to fit your application.

Don't do LED's in stock housings, not because I'm being that guy, but because you'll actually hate it.

Truck looks good so far, keep it up!

Nah, they're pewter..... but obviously could be painted. Gonna put solid painted handles back on for sale.

Also have the (4) Denali interior handles.....

I’ve found some retailers that say they have preprinted white kits from GM in stock obviously would have to call around to verify but would be interested in the interior handles. Where in Chester county are you? I’ll be moving Lancaster in August for work

At this point, 11 years later, I'd be skeptical of places that have a lot of prepainted stock left for nbs trucks. Unless they bought a lot. Idk, could be completely wrong though lol.

Gotcha! I'll post up once I get everything off the Burb. Figured once it goes up forsale...no one local here will even notice my "added on mods". Might as well keep them for future, or pass onto other NBS brothers! Lol
