ONLINE CLUSTER REBUILDERS, ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

I bought an old high mileage 03 that the cluster goes out at times, all the stepper motors go out at the same time. From what I've been reading the small packs of resistors in the cluster overheat and yellow's the board. I took mine apart and found that, but no idea how to fix it.

Have you guys had luck with any of the 1000's of people online/ebay that rebuild them and send them back? Or does anyone on here rebuild them? Mainly looking for a factory rebuild since its up over 215000 miles, not looking to get fancy. May possibly look into a red led back light depending on price.

Heres the cluster in question.

Digital dash solutions on eBay seems very reputable. They're out of CT IIRC. I've messaged them inquiring about a couple things a while back and they were prompt with their responses.

Clusterfix in west Richland Washington. He does an excellent job. He is a gm mechanic that started his own business years ago. I used him great customer service. He did my cluster in my 2000 Suburban.

Order Escalade cluster from Rock Auto for $489. Return your cluster to them for $300 core back. New Dorman cluster for under $200 and it is an escalade cluster.

It is so easy to work on clusters.

Do it yourself!

I opened it up and looked at the board, all I could see for sure was the yellow around several of the resistors. No visible breaks in the solder so I put it all back together. I'm good with led replacement and things like that but was lost on what to actually fix.

If you have a tune with free updates it can be changed that way too

Yea the bcm does not control the milage reading iirc. I know I have the ability on hptuners but never have needed to use it
