Its probably the same thing as down here. "The Red Hat Society". It's a bunch of old, well known women who do good for the community like organize dinners to help families in need and stuff. When they're doing their thing, they wear red derby hats and purple dresses. Kinda neat. They brought us dinner and cakes when my grandma passed away. My great-aunt and other grandma are red hatters.

I never honestly even thought for even half a second thats what it was. Not sure why I never made the connection that cars been around for a minute It was confirmed by a friend that did the graphics- it is his grandma's car and she is locally a well respected red hat society member.
