What are these obs parts??

So i was pulling my floormats today to shake the dirt and whatnot off of em and on the driver side i found these three parts. A spring, a small plastic piece, and some other part.

i found this towards the front by the accelerator pedal. Theres printing on it
Has what looks to be a D symbol followed by HRD309 right below that is 0929

id assume they cant be any parts that would force the truck to not start or move bc i started it and moved it in my driveway perfectly fine before i found these

any help would be much appreciated!

heater door, the one that controls where the air comes out at. Look on the left side of the heater box, I have a good spare that you can have for shipping if you need the linkage(which you probably do)

thanks man i checked it out and noticed everythings still there i just gottta get ahold of another one of those plastic pieces that hold the spring in, but the door thats inside the box with the rod on it where the linkage connects, fell into the box so im trying to get the door put back up in the box properly but until i get the other plastic piece i cant put it together!
