Weird starting

I've always thought it started weird. It may just be an OBS thing and I might be paranoid. But it cranks and then when it catches that seems like it, it starts but is low idle like it cranks then instant idle. Not a higher idle like most cars I've driven. I got a short video of it. It's kind of hard to tell but it shows how it starts which to me is weird. Listen as it starts at the end.

Mine did it, my brothers, best friends' and my fathers OBS all do it lol

That's how my dad's 97 starts. Seems like it's a normal thing for the obs.

My 94 would idle at like 200-300rpm in drive, like 400 in park. Sounds normal to me man.
