Don't quote me but I think it's too short. I think you need the HD bumper for it to fit correctly. Not 100% sure. Was going to go that route with my truck but after reading and trying to hunt down a bumper I just went with the regular Denali look.

Yes you do need the HD bumper to fit the grille
 
The Denali hd grille looks so good! That front end look perfect on that truck!
