Well I began scraping off the dirt and light rust off the frame. Now I need to choose weather to buy por15 or rust encapsulater. also which paint to go over any of those products. Thanks for the help

Found a thread over on GMFS . I went a head and ordered some rust encapsulater. I am goin to brush it on. As for top coat I'm thinking some Krylon semi/gloss black. Haven't decided.
