Need a/c help please

My 04 2500hd 6.0 is having ac problems. Basically it blows decent when moving, Luke warm when stopped and every once in a while it will just start blowing hot air until I shut the engine off and re start it. I have pulled the fuse to the compressor and it kick on and off and I also bought a can of stuff from autozone with the gauge and it is in the red. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Blend door maybe? My dad's 04 had the "truck would blow hot air then if you cut the truck off, it would reset fine" problem.

Check your fan clutch to see if its still engaging, then check all your lines for any leaks or holes and check to see if your radiator is filled with dirt or mud. Just got mine out of the shop with a new high side line, cleaned my radiator and charged my ac. Freezes me out now.
