then I did some stuff with it, like getting stuck in the sand and whatnot:
took it to an offroad park once...das fuckin nasty
then I got smart and tried keeping it cleaner and got some fuckin hood ass 20s with 305/55 terra grapplers, and did some other stuff like HIDs in the lows and fogs, clear front lights, painted bowtie, regular CGM stuff
then along came the tahoe, my wife drives it, its got tint, clear corners, a black painted bowtie, and a debadged rear hatch, other than that, its stock, this summer the 20s are going on le tahoe, and it'll get leveled, since I'll just be using my truck to pull my jeep around
then finally, I've got a 91 xj, it does neat things off road, I'll end up making another thread for the jeep with updates since its the only vehicle I really spend money on
I bought it for 1500 back in october of '10, formerly Arizonian truck, garaged most of its life, driven one or two winters here in Michigan, then parked for the last two winters that I've owned it
this be what it looked like when I brought it home:
then it got some new Hankook 31/10.50s
then I wheeled it and invested in new axles that I found on CL for $300, came with 4.56 gears and detroits front and rear
then I welded my JCRoffroad sliders on it
so I've been wheeling it pretty good the way it sits with just the 3" budget lift, then wiffeh talked me into buying....

which brings us to today, I ordered it yesterday 2/9/12, gonna be about a week before it gets here and gets installed, I'm super stoked
