they allow you to crank further than if you had normal keys because they are indexed differently.

you want some stock 1500 keys ? isn't that supposed to work to crank up the 2500's ?
most people just buy rough countries leveling kit and use their keys.

i dont remember what the ford part number is for thier keys,

its gonna be easist to get them off ebay, leveling keys for a 1500 and get either shock extenders or new front shocks
stock shocks will limit it and you can crank all you want it wont go up any higher with the shocks holding it down

I'm planning on the rc leveling kit but idk if that block is going to be enough rear lift for me
It will I had my keys cranked as far as I could safely(ford keys) and I had the stock rear block. I had an inch and a quarter of Cali. I dropped it down to one inch of Cali after a month.
