Actual ratio for lift on NNBS?

Does anyone know the actual ratio on the spacer height to lift height in the front of the NNBS? I can't find it on any of the sights that sell leveling kits. I know it isn't a perfect 1:1, though.
Also, is the rear 1:1, or does a 2 inch block lift more than 2 inches?

ratio on leveling kits is about 2:1, 1" spacer raises truck about 2" IIRC, lift kits are a totally different thing because they just extend the strut to match the amount of lift. Rear blocks will always be 1:1 ratio because of how they mount, side note NEVER stack blocks and 5-5.5" is the max you should go for blocks
