double check the fused and make sure.
If they are good 2 things more than likely happened.
1- you have a wire shorted out in the steering column. Its a common problem thought alot of GM vehicles to have a short of some sort especially if you adjust the steering wheel up and down often.
2- the actual control went out or has a internal problem and it needs replacing. That is a common problem i believed with the fullsized NBS vehicles.
Honestly it cant be much more than that.
