When I turn on the recirc button, the little yellow light comes on but nothing else seems to happen. No change in air flow, I can not hear that little flaps under the dash moving, etc. What are some possible causes of this Sent from my DROID BIONIC

Just wondering.. My truck seems to get shitty gas mileage. It has less than 60k on it. This week going to atl on the interstate @ 75 it averaged 14.6 I can't change fuel filter bc its in tank It seems it should get better than that. Its basically stock cc Z71 5.3 and 3.73 gears. 285...
