car looks amazing, in my honest opinion...those wheels don't do the car justice. They seem to be more of a euro design, I think a classic wheel like a torque thrust, or some sweet billets would really set this sweet chevelle off. Didn't mean to burst your bubble, I'm really diggin the big block 69!

You mean the exact wheels I took off? :yuno: read thread?

Seriously, I took those TTs off because every damn muscle car on the planet has them. Im going ProTouring/AutoX direction with this car and going as far away from the "classic look" and feel as I can - which includes the motor. You didn't burst my bubble by any means - everyone has their own opinions. Mine is "Those TSWs look perfect on my car".

i like them for what you are going to do with the car needs a little more low and wide for auto-x IMO

I hear what youre saying.....as far as wide goes I can get 305s without mods. But to go any wider I need to narrow frame, gas tank, ect ect. and then I'll be sacrificing the protouring part. Since autoXing will just be a hobby Im going to stay away from those kind of mods.

As far as low goes, the exhaust underneath the car barely clears a tennis ball right and its tucked up as far as it can go. So lower isn't going to happen.

imo get rid of hood, motor, transmission, and stripes.

Yes,yes,yes,yes............ LM7 with twins backed by 6L90e and full color change. Soon, but not until I get better binders. Body work comes last - going faster is more important.

DOHC Motor? Youre high as a fkn kite. This isn't a Ford.

And Im not dumping 30k into an RS chassis so I can have IRS.

As stated in the chatbox - pro-touring =/= race car. 2 totally different things.

Any more updates? Got a good/favorite picture of this thing we can feature?

All of my updates, aside from e-fans and couple smaller things, are awaiting upholstery. Which I asked to be done in March.................. :okay:

I need to clean it up, find a good back drop, and take a feature photo. Most of my pics blow.
