Finally got a chance to put the drop on. Friday evening I started disassembling the front end, didn’t have a big enough hammer to get the lower BJs out so this is where we ended up
Saturday I got up early and ran to the parts store and my dads house for more tools. Lower BJs came loose just fine with a bigger hammer
Had a broken alignment cam
Front back together, ended up cranking the RF about 3.5 turns after this. Too much camber and much lower than the drivers side

Tony’s OCD took over, was trying to smooth out an uneven spot that I left lol

Rear panhard bar and sway bar back on
Turns out you actually do need to re-drill the holes for the LH sway bar bracket and move it over toward the passenger side. Cuz the truck comes down hard on the sway bar at the PHB bracket. So sway bar is back off for now till I can drill and tap for moving that

I ordered some Belltech alignment cams from Summit. Turns out they don’t fit over the stock bolts, the opening is too small WTF. So a little Dremel action and we’re good.
Or so I thought. Turns out the sweep is completely wrong, they won’t work at all. So I need to try to return them.
Sitting at the alignment shop waiting on Tony. I’m really happy with this height. Just gotta get the rear sway bar on cuz OMG at the body roll lol

Changed shifts with one of the guys at work so I got home an hour early yesterday. Took that opportunity to get my rear sway bar put on, mostly anyway. I used the DJM endlinks from Tony (NorCalSS) to move my Belltech bar over to the he passenger side by about an inch.
This puts the passenger side end between the panhard bar mount and the shock. It is TIGHT to say the least but it doesn’t seem to hit. If it does, I’ll clearance the panhard bar mount a little and see if I can get the bar to slide to the drivers side a touch.
All that’s left to do is drill and tap 1 bolt hole on the driver side mount and decide what I wanna do for that recessed area under the other bolt hole. May just use some large fender washers I have and through bolt it.

See above post where I did the rest of drop/free travel mod. The passenger side mount (the one that’s on the frame) comes down and rests on the sway bar if you drop more than 3” in the rear

FINALLY got the rear bar completely bolted back in. This sumbitch fought me every step of the way. Got both holes drilled but fucked up the front one. So drilled it a touch bigger and through bolted it with a nylock. Rear one I used 4 fender washers to take up the space in that recess.
Also got the spare tire back in. There literally is no reason for me to have it, as anything less than a 20 won’t fit with my spindles. I was gonna take it and the lift off but I’m hoping the weight will bring the rear down just a touch till I can trim the springs. It’s close to the sway bar but I’ve got a finger width of clearance
I also got some set screws for the roof. MUCH better than the stock bolts sticking so far up. A little silicone and we’re good to go, just gotta get one more. There was one that was too small in the box that I bought

I would leave the spare on if it fits fine under there. If you ever get a flat on the front, just put the spare on the back and move your back tire to the front. The back can fit a wheel as small as a 16" if you still have the stock sized brakes.
It will at least get your and your precious cargo home. But I would not want to keep driving for a long time with two different sized tires on the rear, as that might mess up the differential. But I would at least drive on it to get home or to a tire shop.
Shipping tube would probably work and protect better than a box imo
