I also have a full set of diamond plate bedrail caps, Debating on installing those or not.... Worried they would be too much on a black truck.

Some time back (2015) I picked up a set of OEM fog brackets in the junkyard. I finally broke down and bought a set of new GM lenses for them. The goal was to run an amber HID in them for adverse conditions, well the HID hit the bulb shield inside. So a few hours of playing around led me to separating the lenses and moving the bulb shield forward. and HID is tight fit in these.

Then I had to get a valance to complete the look, and of course fogs and towhooks were never offered together to I had to cut my own holes for the fogs...

Picked up a $160 ebay soft tonneau cover. The quality is actually pretty good for the price TBH, would totally recommend. It's the "Tyger" brand and has a 10-year warranty on the fabric even.

The real drive behind this is to keep the pine needles from accumulating in the bed/under the bed mat. I hate having to pull those 1" thick horse mats out and clean under them. I also missed having a cover over the bed when hauling groceries/truck parts (like my 02 did) but with the camper taking something on and off is kinda annoying. This rolls up at the front of the bed and the rails stay, so it can be used with my camper no problem.

That is a "camper special" emblem from a 73-87 squarebody - Typically they were on the corner of the cab band but some truck had the emblem alone. They were also accompanied with the script "Camper Special" or "Trailering Special" and the GVWR below them on the bodyline. Kinda a throwback to the days when manufacturer's cared about packages for hauling campers - GM even had camper tie-downs, stabilizer packages and upgraded suspensions for this. I wish they still did it.

And yeah, the bodyline. Always a frustration of mine, particularly since the rear part of the cab is the same as a regular cab. HUGE oversight.
