2013 frame rust

Check out ITGuy's thread on his red RCLB. That's about the best method for fixing up a frame that I've seen

do you have a engine hoist / method for lifting your bed off?

If not, there are ways, but I can't promise you it will take 5 minutes and be easy.
Shoot me a pm, I've tried out a whole bunch of products in last few months.
