I have the complete woodgrain trim that has been painted Sheer Silver for the LTZ/SLT trucks. Driver's side vent, piece across dash and pass. side, all 4 door pcs, and the radio bezel. I know the dash pieces are the same from 07.5-12 but the door pieces changed in 2010 or 2011 but not for sure. This came out of a 2011 so I know it will fit 2011-2012.
