Yes, the 5K is extremely white. The 6k's for my license plate are a hair more blue, but very very slightly.

Thanks bud, and I've only seen one person actually paint the top pad and leave the middle chrome. May do that eventually. But yes you are correct, I have yanked all of that out by now. Don't even have the filler neck to pour in DEF fluid anymore.

Here is how it sits today. I ended up with a set of 33x12.50r20 Toyo MT's...long story. But definitely a different look until it's time to lift. And I think I know the wheels I want now when I'm ready to lift. Leaning toward Hostile Havoc 22x14 wheels in chrome, probably wrapped around...

Then I snagged a H&S Pillar mount for my mini maxx..really cleaned everything up. Installed

Alright guys, haven't been on here in awhile and figured I'd update it. I've done a few more mods since the last time. Polished my drive shaft Products used..just 100 grit sanding block and Mother's aluminum polish. Definitely not show quality but certainly better than before.

And here we sit..new mods will happen soon!

Everybody's been telling me to colormatch it, but I left it chrome for the theme I have going. But I may do it later anyways.

Next came a few more goodies :up: S&B CAI w/ Dry Filter All Sales Manufacturing 9" Big Stick Polished antenna to replace the ugly factory one. Cleared heads (compliments of FASTWS6TA, I think that's his member name on GMFS)

Finished product, all pieces finally reassembled. Colormatching really changed the whole look of the truck. Couldn't be any happier with how it turned out.

Then began the tearing down of all the factory textured plastics for colormatching. -Front valence -Hood Cowls -Tow mirrors -Tailgate cap -Rear bumper plastics -Tailgate Handle/Bezel -Bowtie

From there I started the build with a little small mods.. Duramax Diesel Door badges from eBay And 20% tint on front two windows with 5" brow on windshield. Also a little debadging of the tailgate. Clean pic!

Got a little bored today so I figured I'd start a build thread here too ;) Not many mods as of now, but have plans for much much more. Stock pics.. I am going to try to make this thread much more condensed than my thread from GMFS..hopefully less digging for pics.
