Has anybody painted over chrome? I heard it's not easy, and wouldn't normally be concerned. But if I do my front bumper. Will it start chipping/flaking with the normal wear and tear a front bumper takes? Bugs, Rocks from gravel road, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced...
